Creo que pocos, por no decir ninguno de nosotros, celebramos\u00a0 un bautizo, un cumplea\u00f1os, una reuni\u00f3n de empresa, una boda, un encuentro entre amigos, un aniversario&#8230; sin haber organizado previamente un\u00a0 suculento men\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n dentro de nuestra geograf\u00eda, la gastronom\u00eda es la protagonista indiscutible en numeros\u00edsimas fiestas populares. El festival del arroz con leche y la fiesta de los huevos pintos en Asturias, el d\u00eda de la morcilla en M\u00e1laga, el d\u00eda de la tortilla en \u00c1vila, Granada, Madrid, Toledo, Zamora&#8230;, la fiesta del pan y el queso en la Rioja, d\u00eda del pescaito en M\u00e1laga, fiesta del almeja en Carril provincia de Pontevedra, fiesta del pulpo en Carballino, tambi\u00e9n en Galicia&#8230;y podr\u00edamos nombrar un mont\u00f3n de ellas m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The World\u2019s\u00a0 50 Best Restaurants, concurso celebrado en Londres, a elegido para este a\u00f1o 2013, los cinco mejores restaurantes del mundo. Dos de ellos son espa\u00f1oles, El Celler de Can Roca en Girona, regentado por Joan Roca, y el restaurante de Andoni Luis Aduriz Mugaritz en Renter\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Est\u00e1 claro que la gastronom\u00eda es un tema que nos encanta. Se escriben cada a\u00f1o\u00a0 numerosos libros dentro de esta tem\u00e1tica, y \u00faltimamente han proliferado tambi\u00e9n los programas de televisi\u00f3n, ya sean para ense\u00f1arnos a cocinar, como concursos. Y todos ellos con mucho \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuestro especial de hoy lo dedicamos a la gastronom\u00eda y esperamos que se os haga la boca agua.
