Personalized education is a pedagogical concept that proposes to give responses to the demands of human nature so as to achieve that each man or woman arrives at being the best person possible. It is a realistic education that generates an integrative and open, reflexive and critical, demanding and happy style. Han ejercido la docencia en Primaria, Secundaria y, actualmente, en la Universidad. Son autores de numerosas  publicaciones.
