In the last decades, numerous digital approaches have been applied to ancient Egyptian materials. Archaeological items have long since benefited from the new digital technology methods and techniques. More  recently, ancient Egyptian texts have been the object of said approaches, too, following the studies of other ancient languages such  as Greek and Latin.
