Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel an order (totally or partially) at any time, and at no cost, as long as you notify us before the order is already available to the transport agency. To do this, you just have to go to the "My orders" section of YOUR ACCOUNT, mark the items you want to cancel and send us your request. In a short space of time, we will confirm your cancellation, and we will proceed to pay the amount corresponding to the canceled item

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 business days (after order reception) to return any item you have purchased on our website, (the books must not show signs of use and cannot be covered nor written).

School books: you can return them up to 15 days after the start of the school year depending on the start date of the course in your community. Important: Remember that we do not accept returns of painted, covered or unsealed books.

To proceed with the return, you can send us the following form , so that we know the order number, the item to be returned, and the reasons for the return (unsatisfied, error in the shipment, defective, ....), we will send you a form, so that you can attach it to your shipment, and thus it will be easier for us to identify your return in our warehouses, and we will proceed as soon as possible to refund your money.

The return costs are at your expense, unless the reason for the return was that the item was defective, or it was an error in the shipment. In that case, we will bear the cost of the return shipping.

In e-books, and Print on demand (IBD / POD) the return will not be accepted or will refund the amount.
