Sinopsi The colours of Collioure
The coming of the railway from Paris resulted in Henri Matisse visiting the town in May 1905 and taking a room with sea views from where he could paint. He brought with him his friend An- dré Derain. That summer, they painted more than 40 oil paintings capturing the landscape, the light and energetic colours of Collioure.
