You can cancel an order (fully or partially) at any time and at no cost, as long as the order status allows it. Once preparation has begun, it will no longer be possible to cancel it. To do so, you only have to go to the "My orders" section of YOUR ACCOUNT, select the items you want to cancel and send us your request. Within a short time, we will confirm your cancellation and proceed to refund the amount corresponding to the cancelled item.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 14 working days (from the receipt of your order) to return any item you have bought on our website (books must not show signs of use and must not be covered or written on).
Textbooks can be returned up to 15 days after the start of the school year, according to the start date of the school year in your region. Important: Remember that we do not accept returns of books that are marked, covered or unsealed.
To proceed with the return, you only have to follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account. 2. Go to the My orders section 3. Find the order you want to return and select "request return" Here we will provide you with a simple form with the data we need to process the return. We will send you a printed form to attach to your shipment, so that it is easier for us to identify your return in our warehouses and proceed as soon as possible with the refund of your money.The return costs are at your expense, unless the reason for the return was that the item was defective or there was an error in the shipment. In that case we cover the shipping costs of the return.
For e-books and Print on Demand (IBD/POD), returns will not be accepted nor amounts refunded.
