To make a purchase it is not necessary to register as a user, although you may save your details by means of a password and thus be able to retrieve them for future purchases. The option to Save Details is found on the shipping details page, this option being voluntary.
The purchase may only be made in Spanish; no other language is accepted. The data appearing on the website correspond to products that have at some time been in our shop or have been sold to a customer. All the information we have available is provided about them, as the page is constantly updated.
You may choose any of our products that you wish to acquire. Once you have selected all the items you wish to buy, you must place the order, entering the shipping details, which shall be those referring to the address to which the purchase will be sent. In addition, you may request that your invoice be sent in electronic format and save your details for a future purchase.
From that moment, any of the items found in our database may be added to the shopping basket. Subsequently, you will access a form with all the information regarding the shipping and payment options.
Should you wish to receive the invoice in paper format, you may send a request by email, identifying the user and the order, to the address [email protected].
Once the purchase has been formalised, an electronic document will be generated which will be archived by Imosver.com, this not being accessible. You will subsequently receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 24 hours following the formalisation, specifying the details of your purchase.

The prices indicated on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax). Orders placed from countries not belonging to the European Community shall be exempt from VAT, but may be affected by customs duties and taxes specific to each country, which must be borne by the final recipient.
Any tax that the shipment may generate in order to make the delivery shall be borne by the recipient.
Unless otherwise indicated, offers shall be valid until 31/12/2022.
You may check the amount of the shipping costs here. You may also find them out during the purchase process, before formalising it.
The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address at which the order can be delivered within the usual goods delivery hours, these being Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00. In the event of the customer's failure to comply with this obligation, Imosver.com shall have no liability for the delay or impossibility of delivering the order requested by the customer.
The products offered on www.imosver.com show their availability online as well as a time range for the delivery period within the national territory, which for the items we have in stock in our warehouses will always be between 24 hours and 96 hours.
However, if the product is available at one of our partners, this period may be extended up to 7 days.
As regards the products displaying "available shortly. Place your Reservation", Imosver.com's intervention shall be limited to channelling the applicant's reservation request to the distributor and, should the distributor confirm the existence of the requested product, Imosver.com will notify the applicant accordingly so that they may begin the procedure to acquire said product through this web portal, under the terms and conditions established.
The delivery period refers to working days from Monday to Friday. In the event of a stock shortage or occasional unavailability of an item, imosver.com will contact the customer to inform them immediately and offer one of the following options:
The delivery period outside Spain will depend, in addition to the aforementioned, on the vicissitudes of the country of destination (and will be around 3 to 8 days for items in stock).
At imosver we strive to provide the information about our products in the most truthful manner and without typographical or photographic errors. Should any error be detected at any time, whether typographical in the data provided or that the image does not correspond to the product, it would be corrected immediately.
Imosver considers the product description given to be binding, in accordance with the legal regulations in force. All the contractual information present on www.imosver.com is displayed in the Spanish language (Castilian), and communication with customers and users, as well as the formalisation of the contract, shall be carried out in said language.
Payment can be made by two methods:
• Payment by Credit Card: You may use Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Euro 6000, Spanish Maestro. For card payments, we use a virtual gateway developed by CAIXA which allows payments to be made securely over the Internet. With this security protocol, the card number is entered directly on the bank's website, so that your card details and your password remain fully protected.
For payments made with cards issued outside Spain, the issuing bank must be a member of the Secure Electronic Commerce Security Protocol (CES). Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.
• Payment by PayPal: In this case, the amount of your purchase will be increased by 2,2%, due to the costs generated by this transaction.
• Payment by Byzum: In this case, the amount of your purchase will not be increased by the costs generated by this transaction.
All items sold by imosver.com carry a three-year warranty from the date of delivery.
In the case of defective items, imosver.com shall proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures which shall be free of charge for the customer.
In the event of any lack of conformity at the time of delivery of the good, imosver.com shall be liable to the consumer for the defects that become apparent during a period of three years from delivery, which shall be deemed to have taken place on the date shown on the invoice or purchase receipt, or on the delivery note if this is later.
· Any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the two years following delivery of the good shall be presumed to have existed at the time it was delivered.
Rights afforded to consumers and users:
· By means of a simple declaration, the consumer may require imosver.com to remedy the lack of conformity, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract.
In order for the good to be brought into conformity, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement, unless one of these two options is impossible or entails disproportionate costs for imosver.com.
These measures must meet the following requirements:
· They shall be free of charge for the consumer, including the costs necessary for the goods to be brought into conformity, in particular the costs of shipping, transport, labour or materials.
· They shall be carried out within a reasonable time from the moment imosver.com has been informed of the lack of conformity and without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
The consumer shall make the good available to imosver.com, which shall recover it at its own expense in the manner that generates the least inconvenience for the consumer depending on the type of good.
The user shall not be liable for any payment for the normal use of the replaced goods during the period prior to their replacement.
Imosver.com, for its part, shall recover the good at its own expense, remove the non-conforming goods and, in the case of goods that have been installed, remove them and proceed to install the repaired or replaced good, assuming the costs arising therefrom.
It shall provide the consumer with documentary evidence of the delivery of the good by the consumer, stating the date of delivery and the lack of conformity, as well as documentary evidence of the delivery of the good, now in conformity, to the consumer, which must also state the date of that delivery and a description of the corrective measure carried out.
The consumer may also demand a price reduction or the termination of the contract.
The price reduction shall be proportional to the difference between the value the good would have had at the time of delivery had it been in conformity, and the value the good delivered has at the time of said delivery. Termination shall not proceed where the lack of conformity is of minor importance.
The consumer may opt for these provided that the following requirements are met:
- Where the measure to bring the goods into conformity is impossible or disproportionate.
- Imosver.com has not carried out the repair or replacement or has not done so correctly.
- Any lack of conformity appears in the repaired or replaced good.
- The lack of conformity is of such gravity as to justify one of the two options.
- Imosver.com has declared, or it is clear from the circumstances, that it will not bring the goods into conformity within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
Imosver.com shall reimburse the consumer, as a consequence of the choice of these measures, the price paid for the goods upon receipt thereof or, where applicable, upon proof provided by the consumer that they have been returned.
The consumer or user shall return the goods to imosver.com, at the latter's expense.
· The consumer may withhold payment of the outstanding price until imosver.com fulfils its obligations.
· The consumer may also request the remedying of the lack of conformity, the price reduction or the termination of the contract if, as a consequence of the infringement of third-party rights, the use of the good is prevented or restricted.
· The consumer shall not be liable for any payment for the normal use of the replaced goods during the period prior to their replacement.
· Whether requesting the remedying of the lack of conformity, the price reduction or the termination of the contract, the consumer may claim compensation for damages where applicable.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge up until the moment the shipment becomes effective.
If we receive a cancellation notice once the parcel has been dispatched, return costs may be incurred.
Should you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may do so by completing the corresponding withdrawal form, through the email address [email protected] indicating the order number, or by any means admitted in law and returning the product, whether by the same channel through which it was received, or by any other means of the consumer's choosing, in which case the shipping costs would be borne by the consumer.
The consumer shall have up to 14 calendar days, from receipt of the product, to exercise their right of withdrawal.
In the event that the product is not returned in its original packaging, or has been subjected to handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning, a depreciation thereof could occur.
In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the following exceptions to the right of withdrawal are established. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the sale of items that may be immediately reproduced or copied, sound or video recordings, discs and computer software that have been unsealed, and products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (for example personalised books).
For this purpose, the following sections of the aforementioned Royal Decree have been taken into account.
Article 103. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:
c) The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised.
i) The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
m) The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium.
The costs of the return shall be borne by the consumer.
The refund of the amount shall be made within 14 calendar days following the date on which the consumer communicates the decision to withdraw from the purchase, by the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly stipulated otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any cost as a consequence of the refund; however, if it is the consumer who returns the good, you may withhold the refund depending on which of the following conditions is met first: - Until receiving the goods or - Until the consumer provides proof of return of the good, such as the transport company's receipt

Once your complaint or suggestion has been received, within 48 hours our customer service department will send you a confirmation email indicating the incident number. Under no circumstances shall it be understood that any licence is granted or that any waiver, transfer, total or partial assignment of said rights is made, nor that any right or expectation of right is conferred, and in particular, of alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of said content without the prior express authorisation of imosver.com or by the legitimate holders of the industrial or intellectual property.
As a general rule, the user undertakes to always act in accordance with the law, good customs and the requirements of good faith, exercising due diligence, and refraining from using the website in any way that may impede, damage or impair its normal functioning, the goods or rights of SERLOGAL 2.0 ,SL., its suppliers, the other users or, in general, any third party.
Specifically, and without this implying any restriction on the obligation assumed by the user as a general rule in accordance with the previous section, the user undertakes to:
a) Should they register, to provide truthful information regarding the data requested in the user registration form or when placing the order, and to keep it updated.
b) Not to introduce, store or disseminate on or from the website any information or material that is defamatory, insulting, obscene, threatening, xenophobic, incites violence or discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, ideology, religion or that in any way offends against morality, public order, fundamental rights, public freedoms, the honour, privacy or image of third parties and, in general, the regulations in force.
c) Not to introduce, store or disseminate through the shop any program, data, virus, code, or any other electronic or physical device that is liable to cause damage to the website, to any of the services, or to any of the equipment, systems or networks of Imosver.com, of any other user, of the suppliers of Imosver.com or, in general, of any third party.
d) To diligently safeguard the "username" and the "password", whether their own or provided to them by Imosver.com, assuming liability for any damages that may arise from improper use thereof.
e) Not to carry out advertising or commercial exploitation activities through the website, and not to use its content and information to send advertising, or to send messages for any other commercial purpose, nor to collect or store personal data of third parties.
f) Not to use false identities, nor to impersonate others in the use of the website or in the use of any of its services, including, where applicable, the use of passwords or access codes of third parties or in any other way.
g) Not to destroy, alter, use for their own use, disable or damage the data, information, programs or electronic documents of Imosver.com, its suppliers or third parties.
h) Not to introduce, store or disseminate through the shop any content that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights or trade secrets of third parties, nor, in general, any content over which they do not hold, in accordance with the law, the right to make it available to a third party.
The products presented on our website comply with Spanish legislation. Imosver.com's liability cannot be invoked in the case of products not compliant with the legislation of the countries to which they may have been sent in accordance with the customer's order. It is therefore the responsibility of customers outside Spain to verify the possibility of importing or using the products they request from us.
Imosver.com does not, as a general rule, control the use that users make of the website, and therefore does not guarantee that users use the website in accordance with the law, these General Conditions, generally accepted morality and good customs and public order, nor that they do so in a diligent and prudent manner.
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
