How do I find my child's textbooks?

You can search for textbooks by the name of the school, the school year or the ISBN that appears on the list provided by the school. Enter this information into our search engine and find the exact book with no mistakes.

What is the ISBN or EAN13 code?

The ISBN (International Standard Book Number) is the unique code that identifies each book and edition. If your school has given you a list with 13-digit barcodes, those are the EAN13. Entering them into the search engine guarantees that you buy exactly the edition required by your school.

What does it mean that a textbook is out of print?

An out-of-print book is one that the publisher no longer prints or distributes. If the book you're looking for appears as out of print, we recommend checking with the school whether they accept an earlier edition, or contacting us to help you locate it.

How much do shipping costs come to?

Standard shipping costs €2.98. Shipping is free from €19 of purchase. During the back-to-school campaign, orders for textbook bundles may benefit from special shipping conditions. You can check all our shipping tables here.

I've received my order but some books are missing, what do I do?

During the back-to-school period, some orders are sent in several packages when books have different availability. Check the confirmation email to see whether there are several shipments associated with your order. If any title is missing, write to us at [email protected] or contact us here and we'll sort it out right away.

Can I cancel my textbook order?

You can cancel the order before it goes into preparation. Once the order has been processed for shipping, it can't be cancelled, but you can request a return within 14 working days from receiving the order.

What happens if I'm not home when the order arrives?

If you're not going to be available at the delivery address, you can change it.

How do I know that the books I buy are the correct edition?

Enter the ISBN into our search engine. If you have any doubts, you can send us the list and we'll check for you. You can also compare the title, publisher, author and year of edition with the product details on our website.

What discounts do textbooks have?

Can I deduct textbooks on my tax return?

Yes. Galicia has its own regional deduction in personal income tax for families with children in publicly funded schools. It allows you to deduct 15% of the spending on textbooks and school supplies, with a limit of €105 per child enrolled in Primary, Secondary (ESO) or Special Education, provided that the family per capita income does not exceed €30,000 per year.
