Synopsis O AFLORAR DO EROTISMO NO «BURITI», DE GUIMARÃES ROSA
[POR] A proposta deste ensaio é realizar uma análise da novela Buriti, narrativa de Guimarães Rosa, que faz parte de Corpo de Baile. Pretende-se refletir sobre a ruptura dos códigos rígidos que imperavam no Buriti Bom. A hipótese dessa leitura é que tal ruptura é deflagrada pelas personagens de fora, sobretudo por Lalinha, que é levada pelo sogro para o sertão, para onde carrega não apenas os seus pertences, mas também os costumes característicos da cidade, em tudo diferentes daquele mundo fechado. Objetiva-se mostrar que, à sua chegada, uma nova ordem começa a se implantar, a qual aos poucos vai minando os valores rígidos que ali imperavam, dando lugar à irrupção do erotismo, que até então era reprimido e só era extravasado fora dos limites da casa.

[SPA] Este ensayo propone un análisis de la novela Buriti, obra de Guimarães Rosa que compone Corpo de Baile. Se pretende reflexionar acerca de la ruptura de los códigos rígidos que imperan en Buriti Bom. La hipótesis es que los personajes de fuera motivan la ruptura, principalmente Lalinha cuyo suegro la lleva hacia el sertão. Además de cargar con su situación, el personaje carga con las costumbres de su ciudad, que eran muy distintas de las de aquel mundo cerrado. El objetivo es mostrar que un nuevo orden empieza a establecerse desde su llegada, la cual lentamente modifica los valores rígidos de esta ciudad, lo que hace estallar el erotismo reprimido que sólo se manifesta fuera de los límites de la casa.

[ENG] The purpose of this essay is to analyze the short story Buriti, by Guimarães Rosa, which is part of Corpo de Baile. We intend to reflect about the rupture of rigid codes that prevailed in Buriti Bom. The hypothesis behind our reading is that such a break is triggered by the foreigner characters, especially by Lalinha, which is taken by her father-in-law to the outback, where she keeps not only her belongings, but also the characteristic customs of the city, which are very different from those found inside that closed world. We aim to show that, at the time of Lalinha’s arrival, a new order begins to deploy, which is slowly undermining the rigid values that prevailed on that place, leading to the emergence of eroticism, which until then was suppressed and it was just spilled out beyond the bounds of the house.
